HCH II database "road closed"

So, what's going on with the 'road closed' screen when I try to enter the HCH II database?

Yes, when clicking on the HCH II bar in the bar graph "Real Hybrid Mileage Database" we get "Page not found" with the road closed graph.

Clicking on the HCH II link on the "Aggregate Data Table" below the bar graph works fine.
