Default Gray out the "notes" if no content?

Hi,

I just had someone note they'd passed over the "notes" and not seen anything "pop up" so they assumed all entries had no notes. As a suggestion for the next design, 'gray out' any "notes" that don't have content. Having the link is OK but like the inactive posters being greyed out, maybe the notes could work the same way.
