I will try and put in Milage but brain hurts trying to convert to your funny measurements

But here are some factors to help with your conversions:
To convert km/lt to MPG multiply by 2.352146
To convert Litres to Gallons multiply by 0.264172
To convert Kilometers to Miles multiply by 0.621371
You're getting 11 km/lt ...that is 25.9 MPG... very good for a brand new 8 passenger mini-van.
Yo said you should get 16 km/lt on a longer trip = 37.6 MPG !!!!
(the Toyota Sienna is EPA rated at 21 MPG 19-26).
...please keep posting, this is very interesting.

The above link is for Prius but the technique can be used for the Estima Hybrid too.

Above 60km/h (70km/h for the later model or Prius), the engine is always spinning and it is difficult to do gliding.

Part of the problem is maybe short runs so batt is never fully charged.
- Are you familier with the four or five warming up stages?
- The engine won't stop occasionally if you use heater or A/C.
- The regen occurred when you release the accelerator pedal, and the gliding can be done slightly pressing down the accelerator.
- The normal or target battery level is about a half way. The battery won't be full unless you are going long down hill or other special case.

PS. Can you or your friends read Japanese web site?
There are a lot of Estima Hybrid site in Japanese.
