pulse and glide at 40-60 mph
Having been trying to perfect the P&G method of driving, I am thrilled to report that my mpg have gone from 52.5 to 63.4....exact same trip of 30 miles round trip in Central Virginia where every road is up and down! The car is now on its 3rd tank of gas and beyond the "break in" point. I'll leave the technical reading about the engines to my husband Tom!
Hi,
On a recent trip from Washington DC, I was able to record 34 "warp stealth" mode events. This is one of the longer duration events:

I went back and plotted the detailed data around this warp stealth event and found:
* 41:05-41:20 - initial warp stealth
* 41:20-41:40 - ICE braking w/o battery recharge!
* 41:40-41:50 - second warp stealth
The "ICE braking w/o battery recharge" really draws down the battery voltage quickly. Practical warp stealth will require careful attention to avoid this energy wasting mode. I remain convenced "warp stealth" mode takes instrumentation and an unsually skilled foot.
