Default Prius Leg Room

I am considering a Prius as my company car and would like feedback regarding roominess. I am 6'2" and need ample space.. Any input would be appreciated.

It is best to try one for fit and they should be at your local dealer. I'm 6' and find it just fits.

If it helps, I'm 6'4", and I find the '07 Prius roomier than my '99 Civic. I don't have any problems, but like Bob said, try one on to make sure.

I found I had a little more leg room about 2" more, in the HCHII, but I am still comfortable in the Prius.

I am 6'4" and have enough legroom in the Prius. My only complaint about driving comfort: the seat bottom could provide a little more thigh support (it's not vertically adjustable). But I've taken trips as long as 300 miles, and with regular breaks I've done fine. Other tall drivers have reported some discomfort, especially on long trips.

Saying it will be a company car suggests you may be in it more than most. Trying one at the dealer is certainly a good first step. But unless they let you try it for a couple of days, that might be insufficient. You might consider renting one long enough to evaluate it under your typical working conditions.

It's a great car, and will be a terrific choice if it works for you.
