I recenty went and was talking to the dealer they have one prius mech that is all he works on ecept he does do the oild changes on other vehicles as there is not that many that come in for service. I was trying to bring the car in for its 40,000 mile service but can only bring it in during the week as he does not work weekends..

amen, and i've noticed much better fuel mileage since the car's hit over about 16,000 miles and it's seen some nice warm temps, too.

i think i'll put a copy of my entire Prius spreadsheet on my website, too, just fyi for all...
