Has anyone noticed how easily a Prius door can get dinged because of the lack of door moldings? Does anyone know a good car door molding company? One that can match actual Toyota colors? Thanks much!

I put body side moldings on my 04 Prius the day I brought it home. My Prius is the sand beige color and I went with simple, wide black moldings. The installer came to my house and for less than $90 it was done in my driveway.

I think the car looks better with the moldings and I know they have saved me from many dings over the last two years.

i've already got a ding on the passenger-side back door, oh and a cracked windshield about 60% across the entire windshield from a tiny chip from a rock. i just bought mine in dec. 05.

 

I was goign to suggest Metro Toyota also. Sometimes the folks over at Priuschat have group buys and you can get a lower price because many folks are buying at once.
