Had my HiHy 4wd in today for a repair: the driver's side door gasket (on the vehicle frame) literally fell out on me. They have a bulletin on it. Affects mainly 2006 Highlanders. It appears to be too small and a gap appears in the upper right corner. Supposed to be metal crimp in, but mine was held in with a bunch of black goo. What a hassle. $40,000 for the vehicle and the door gasket falls out....hmmm.
