Looking into a toyota certified 2006 Highlander
Hi,
I have been looking into an 2006 Toyota Certified Highlander Hybrid. It has about 70k miles on it.
Is there anything I need to be specifically worried about? This car is essentially 6 years old now technically, but it would be good to know before purchasing.
Additionally, we already have a 2007 Camry Hybrid in our family so we know the expectations of a hybrid (pros/cons) like in the winter the gas mileage will be worse, the cost of a new battery eventually, etc, etc.. and the benefits such as lower maintenance...but it would be great to hear from some owners who actually have this vehicle.
Thank you!
Paul

I've have found the VIN break for the change from the defective inverter to the new part. Before the break you may experience total power failure, engine, steering and brakes. After the break the new part does not have any failures I can find.
