Similar story, I was pulling out of my driveway, stepped on the 'gas' when all the error light came on and my Highlander stalled. It was then unable to start at all. Took it into the dealership and they confirmed the inverter had failed. Luckily the $8,000 part is covered and still under warranty,there is only 68,000 miles on my Highlander!
