Windshield "cloudiness" - cannot be cleaned off

Single edge razor even on the rear defroster wires ? Or are those imbedded in the glass. I just figured they are printed on the surface.

Schmidt!! No Not on the inside. The cloudiness is the result of some sort of spray on the outside of the back window and the windshield. The INSIDE of the back window was cleaned with Windex and a microfiber cloth. No one should ever use anything sharper on the inside of the back window than a cloth. The defroster wires are so thin breaking or cutting just one or two of them can cause the rest to current overload and burn out the rest.
