Default Why does my "best" mileage never register

Does anyone know why my Nav Camry will never display a "best" mileage? Is this something that I have to activate somewhere in the system? It always just shows dashes.

Thanks!

When you fill up your next tank, push "reset" in the Consumption Display. Pushing "reset all" will also reset the Best Mileage.

Don't worry, everyone who didn't read the manual first has done it!

Bigsk8r,

thanks for the reply. I have been resetting the consumption as you describe but I never register a "best". I wonder is something is a miss?

Thanks

I was not clear... do NOT press "Reset All". Only use "Reset"

Pressing the "Reset" on the consumption screen will transfer the mileage shown to the "Best" mileage (assuming that it is higher than what is shown in the "Best" setting already.

Got it. Thanks! Works now. Guess it is time to read the three volume library of books know as the "owners manual".

thanks again!
