TCH ordered September 22 in Toronto
dealer advised one week later he has confirmation TCH scheduled to be built in Kentucky October 18. At this time the vehicle will be given a VIN number and he will be able to track delivery accurately.
Contacted the dealer again one week after the scheduled October 18 date and have now been advised:-
Your vehicle is listed as “configuration/destination finalized” which means that it is in the 1st stage of production.
Sounds to me as though they have a production problem but I'm just guessing.

On 10/23, Leith supposedly did a swap with another dealer to get a loaded RedMn TCH (43K307) with the options I ordered on 9/4. On 10/26 Leith called me and told me that the dealer swap had fallen through because the other dealer realized he had already sold the car to someone else. Needless to say, I was disappointed.
Later on 10/26 Leith called me back and advised that they were able to locate another TCH (29818), with the color / options I want, and it should arrive approximately 11/14.
Net, instead of taking delivery 43K307 w/e 11/10, I should be taking delivery of 29818 w/e 11/17. I am more than willing to wait an extra week for the JPN TCH, vs. the KY TCH.
