Camy - I like that name!

As for mine, it is named "Victor" or "Vic" for short. The reasoning will become clear (to some of you at least) when I get my pictures posted. I took a bunch of photos today and will try posting them later today.

 

We didn't name ours, but I did leave its middle name, "YO" in place when I removed the rest of dealer ID from the trunk lid.

 

Ugh. I hate it when dealers plaster their names on the back of cars. They need to PAY ME for the advertising if they want to do it (and I will still remove it later).

My Camry is almost silver in color. The front of the car reiminds me of a bullet. I refered to it as the "Silver Bullet." My wife loved the name. So do I.

Betty....

The kids heard the Nav voice and said "that's Betty" (even though they don't know anybody named Betty).

It stuck.

 

I named my TCH Sandie

Sandie is a desert sand color, and Sandie means The protector and helper of mankind. I somehow felt that was appropriate as Sandie helps protect the air with lower emissions and has better gas mileage than the average car. Not to mention Sandie has a 5 star rating in crash tests.

Besides all that, I like Sandie's name

 

"Mica" as in Italian for Mike.

Although his license plate is (IL Environmental) PZEV.
Kinda geeky I suppose.
