I believe Maguires Show Car Glaze #7 still needs to be topped off with a carnauba wax or a polymer sealant like one from Zaino.
I've gone through the whole Zaino process and have been satisified with the results. Washing, claying, washing, 2 coats of Z-5, 1 coat of Z-2 took me all day (about 5 hours) but it seems to be holding up well. It's a little expensive but I can do the whole car with about 1/2 oz worth of product. I've had to clay my front bumper and side mirrors several times because of the love bugs down here in Florida. If left on too long, the bug juices etch the paint. So far, so good.
I've read that a polymer sealant doesn't produce the depth of a carnauba wax. But then again, you don't have to apply it every month.
