Not specific only to the TCH but possibly of interest to '07 Toyota and Scion owners in general.

 

Maybe Toyota should just tell them to lose some weight!

Originally I thought the same thing but some elderly passengers and some with disabilities have a difficult time reaching across the chest to the almost recessed belt clip. The extender makes the whole "buckle up" process much easier for those and they need not be overweight.
