I know this is off-topic but am I a dummy or did I miss seeing how one posts? I am new to the site and see how one can join a thread but I don't see how to start a post. Help!

You need to back out from inside of particular thread, like this one, to the list of TCH threads and "start new thread" option will magically appear on the bottom of page.
Going back to the topic, where are Li-ion batteries for Prius Toyota promised for 2008 long time ago? They mention Plug in Hybrid but still using Nimh batteries. Thanks for the link.
