Not sure if all are aware, but at the toyota.com web site, the owner's section has some pretty nice features.
One that I like is the service records section. If you use the dealer for any service, including a tire rotation, it is automatically entered. In fact, the pre-delivery inspection...two months before I took delivery is listed.
You can also manually enter work done at locations other than the dealer.
