Tokyo - Toyota Corporation of Japan claimed today that Microsoft Windows was used in the problem computers and is responsible for the fatal accidents. "It's not a coincidence" Toyota representative Fuji Yama said "the the blue screen you see when your car gets good gas mileage or the sudden unexplained computer failures were developed by Microsoft. After all, that company is known for the 'blue screen of death' failures that have troubled Windows since its inception". Mr. Yama went on to state that Microsoft has never worried about their customers or its software quality but denied that Toyota will refuse to honor recalls if the owner failed to use "Toyota Update" to keep the computer software current. "We will honor all warranties" he stated.

Rumor has it that Toyota is about to release the "Prius 7" which will replace the existing and now disliked "Prius Vista". For the Camry model, existing owners can upgrade to the "Camry Ultimate". Further information is expected to be released April 1.
