I see references here to the TCH Grille being somehow different than the non-TCH grille. The SE grill is different but I really don't see any difference between my XLE's grille and my TCH's grille.
Any insight appreciated.

The TCH has chrome accents on the grille slats and around the outside.

This picture shows a closeup of the damaged grille on my car. The non-hybrid has body-colored slats, but does have a chrome accent around the outside (if I remember correctly).

The grilles are all different on the CE/LE, XLE, SE, and TCH, though some of the differences are subtle. The SE is the most different, with a black-out design and no horizontal slats. The rest share the same basic shape, but coloration is different. CE/LE has body colored slats. XLE adds a thin chrome perimeter around the grille, but keeps the body color slats. TCH has slats that are two-toned satin gray with chrome edges, not body color.

 

I figured they were body-colored since my car is Mag Gray...go figure!

Which are your favorite grills? Anyone considering an SE-style grill? Cost?

 

I think that I like the hybrid grille better than the SE (especially on the Mag Gray color).

 

I like the TCH grill the best. It gives a nice contrast to my Blue body.

 

I don't like the SE grill. It looks like a big open mouth. Kind of like the character with the white mask in the Scary Movie.
