I know this has been discussed repeatedly, but my driver's side sun visor failed yesterday. Came out in the morning and it was down about 2". Came out after work and it was all the way down. Not easy driving with one hand holding the visor so you can see... Anyway, Toyota doesn't acknowledge this problem. Spent the better part of an hour on the phone with Toyota Customer Service to no avail. Anyway, just curious how many on this site have experienced this?

 

yep, I also had the problem a while ago, but it happened after the service department had to remove my headliner for work on the dome lights. Since they touched it, they fixed it without much fight.
