Default Stuck throttles on Airbus ?

4/13/10 Cathay Pacific Airbus A330-300 made emergency landing in HK due to tech issues. 6 tires blow up, little fire on the breaks and 8 people injured during EVAC, but no casualty nor major injury. So far official version is engine problems, but some inside leaks claim both throttles were stuck on high power and didn't respond to commands. It seems crew had to shut down first left engine and then right one for landing and without thrust reverses and probably overspeeding on touchdown lost all tires on one side and 2 on the other.
Funny, just the other day I was thinking how would you control a jetliner if not responding throttles happened there, at least they do have fuel cut off.
Is Toyota making throttles for Airbus now? Sorry, couldn't resist.
