ScanGauge II - where's a good place to put it?

I mounted the scan gauge II using velcro on top of the steering column, between the steering wheel and the speedometer area.

I called the Scan Gauge people a few years ago and was told, they never could find the Camry traction battery code. Something about it not being the same as the Prius code.
