I swear by Michelin Fuel Saver tires. My MPG went up more than 10% after installation on my 2007 Hybrid. For the last two tanks my dash readout average is currently 44.9 mpg. This includes local driving and a trip to Boston via freeways and back (about 100 miles round trip).

I put the Saver tires on 11 months ago. I also get the 10% plus increase in mpg over the energy S8 tires that came on my '07 TCH. I like the increase in mpg while using the AC during the summer. I run 40 to 41 psi cold in my tires.

On hot days I test the tire pressure at dusk or a hour after dark when they have cooled down from any direct sunlight.
