I'd like to replace MY's TCH's NON-NAV radio with a FULL_LCD type so I can add a backup-camera. Does anyone know if I would loose the Bluetooth Hands-free if I replace the radio?

 

I cannot say for sure but everything I've heard points to the loss of Bluetooth and the steering wheel mounted audio controls if you have them. I believe the Bluetooth is part of the stereo.

I am looking at replacing mine with one that can play DVD and read DVD audio.

 

I'm pretty sure you'll lose it. When I was looking into aftermarket NAV units for my non-NAV TCH, I was cautioned that I'd lose BT.

If you come up with a solution, please post photos, bluetooth or not. I used to be big into making upgrades to the car stereo, but have not messed with it since I moved to hybrids.
