Default Recommended engine and transaxle coolant change intervals

There have been some questions about the recommended change intervals for both the engine and the transaxle coolant. They both use Toyota Super Long Life Coolant (pink antifreeze). The recommended change intervals for both are as follows:
  • First time — 100 000 miles (160 000 km)
  • Subsequent times — every 50 000 miles (80 000 km)
See the attached pages EG-19 and TH-27 from the TCH "New Car Features Guide."
