Lightbulb Rear view mirror vibration

When I have the radio turned on, I have a very noticeable vibration of my rear view mirror. It gets worse when there is more bass. Any ideas???

Turn the Volume control counter-clockwise.

Sorry Applesowner, but I have to fully concur with schmidtj!

I've noticed the same "issue", but only when turning the volume to 30 and beyond... Just an experiment testing out the stereo, as I don't plan on ruining my ears more than they already are (those days are over for me).

I only notice it if I play extream bass music like "Woofer Wars"
I think Schmidtj has the right solution! I like it when my ears don't ring

Thanks for the help, I guess. But schmidtj is assuming I have the volume turned up and that is absolutely NOT the case. I think it is just my car. I'll have them tighten the mirror at my first service.

I also get vibration, but only when the volume is turned up. If you're getting it all the time then it's definitely a problem.

I was trying out the iPod on a highway trip today and had a little Phil Collins playing (a lot of drums) and found that the mirror actually vibrated a lot with the vol at 40, and reduced in intensity down to 20 - no vibration below 20.

I just did an experiment and I get "some" vibration above 35. WAY TOO HIGH for normal listening. Need to protect that hearing you know.

Now for the important question. Solo Phil Collins, commercial Genesis or pre-commercial Genesis. I was listening to A Trick of the Tail on the way in this morning. Not a single song you'd hear on the radio, but a fantastic album (oops, CD).
