I have an XLE, and I park in my office parking lot with the rear of the car facing west. I use the rear shade every day once the weather turns warm, and it makes a huge difference for the better!

We had a rear sunshade on our 2002 Camry XLE and we always used it. It blocks high beams, gives some privacy (and can be retracted unlike tint) and of course keeps the heat down.

Has anyone tried the aftermarket rear retractable sunshades on TCH? How do these fit around the battery vent? I am interested in the power ones so I can fold them down at night from the driver's seat. Any feedback and vendor information would be appreciated. Thanks.

If it was powered I might use it but it isn't.
