Radiator Overflow Cap

Radiator Overflow Cap
When getting an oil change today in my TCH 09 we noticed that the cap to the Radiator Overflow has started to melt and no longer latches onto the overflow tank. I haven't had any leaking or high engine temps.
Has anyone else had this happen? I assume Toyota will replace this under warrantee since this isn't something that should normally happen with only 23k miles.
