it's quite simple actually.
he's wiping WET windshield. it wipes one direction, (clean), jumps in the opposite.
Guy in the video wipes dry windshield, shudder is exaggerated. But it's a good example of what a non-plumb wiper will do.
mof, I have at least one wiper on my pickup do same thing - shudder one way and wipe clean opposite. I am going to fix it as soon as I am done typing.

Look at the angle between the blade and the glass.

Has anyone else noticed that the "After" picture is time stamped 5 minutes earlier than the "Before" pic. ?
