When I click on it, I either get the article headed by a man holding both old & new mats or get their car search page. It doesn't work to a pattern (i.e. first click goes to article next click goes to search page)

Only way I could get it to work was to right-click and select "open link in new tab".

Finally heard back from Toyota. They reimbursed me for the mats.

Do you remember who you contacted on the mats? They told my Mom they would not reimberse her, she is on a very limited income and was upset they took the mats without asking and refused to return them.

Thanks.

Called the Customer Experience Center (800-331-4331) and talked to them. They issued me a case number and transferred me. I don't remember which department but the gentleman I talked to was Brandon. IIRC I told him the list of problems I had with the new mats. He may have checked something with his supervisor. They will want you to fax them a copy of the receipt for the mats. Hope this helps.

If they still won't reimburse you for them, reference them to the video.

It states that if you no longer need or want the all-weather mat, you can receive a reimbursement.
