Hello everyone,
I have seen the thread on here before about how to unlock the nav system so you can useit while you're driving.
Does someone have that thread to let me know how to do this.
Thanks.....

Try going to page 6,the first posting you should see is dated 6/28/06;10:38pm by Bumzyman;topic starter is stevenvillatoro;the thread title is "Hidden screen unlocks NAV/phone functions. This is my first posting so I'm not too familiar as how to navigate and copy/paste threads or I would have made this a little easier for you to look up. Hopefully you can find it, if not I will type the instructions. It is a great tip and works just like they instructed. Good luck

I believe one can overide the splash screen and unlock the NAV for $99 with this device:
http://www.coastaletech.com/nav_kit.htm
made for the Prius, so I would call them first and verify its use for the CamHy
They also make the interface to allow the integration of a backup camera - if anyone has the guts to try it...as much as I want it, I don't
http://www.coastaletech.com/viewtech_2005.htm
according to the website:
"A NEW LINE OF VIDEO/AUDIO INTERFACES WILL BE ANNOUNCED AND START SHIPPING JULY 18TH. THESE UNITS HAVE MANY ENHANCED FEATURES AND WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH A LARGE SEGMENT OF TOYOTA AND LEXUS MODELS."
