Horribly overpriced. Lets set some standards for this field and get some open maps. No reason not to have them. This should be 50 bucks max. (They would probably sell more and thus make more money if they dropped the price.) After all, I can update my TomTom for less.

Hi, anybody know why my gps won't reroute my directions if I go off the blue line, and why the turn by turn voice won't say anything? Thanks.

Hi bokster,

Does it show the calculated travel distance and time when you start? Or does it just show the direction and straightline distance to the destination?

I was looking for the hack to allow the NAV to be used while in motion, I couldn't find the details so I figured it out and built an override board. The details are attached. Enjoy!

What happens if you forget the SPDT swich at the override position? does the NAV still works or gets confused from confusing/contradicting signals sdpeed/gps.

@drini: You can leave the override on all the time and it doesn't seem to make much difference - the GPS works fine. Another thread reported that when you go into a tunnel (or loose GPS for some reason) it will improperly track your position and then reset once GPS is visible again. I haven't been in a tunnel to try this yet.
