Default NAV display question

Somewhere in my pushing various buttons on the NAV in my 2007 TCH I caused all of the icons for POI's (Points of Interests) to display.

My map is full of those little sacks with the $ in them indicating that there is a bank present. There seem to be four banks at almost each intersections I get to.

How do I get rid of them. I feel like a dummy asking this questions but I would really appreciate if someone could help me out.

Thanks for your help.

ROTF. I've been trying to figure out how to stick them in the "on" position and can't figure that out. Every time I shut off the car they seem to disappear. (The way you turn them off, I'd assume would be to go to POI NAME menu.) If someone can figure out how to keep them *ON* I'd appreciate that info too.

Hit the map view button on the map screen. There is an option to turn on/off POI icons. Also you can hit the voice button and say, for example "gas" and all gas icons will turn on/off. You can do that for each individual icon.

The voice command "hide all icons" should get rid of everything. Mine was so full, it refused to display anymore. lol.
