i wonder if we're confusing throttle response with power. in my 01 prius i could press on the gas, lets say a half an inch, and get a certain amount of rpms and power out of it. the camry doesnt want to rev up and take off till im at least halfway floored, then it ramps up quickly.

are you guys sure that eco button isnt just for ac and heat, not for throttle?

 

also when i floor it from a roll, i could almost time it with a stopwatch before it starts accelerating. it aint like the altima hybrid i rented in california, thats for sure. that thing was responsive like my prius but with twice the power
