Got about 5k miles on the TCH and its been AOK all around. Yesterday, drove over a lengthy span bridge with the new rough concrete surface. The road surface sent some pretty good vibrations through the car for about two minutes.

Continuing on, a rattle started over the passenger front seat when driving over rougher road surfaces. This never happened before the bridge. Pressing up on the headliner to the right of the side of the moonroof opening stopped the noise.

I would like to find a way to prevent the rattle, short of taking the car to the dealer and having them 'butcher' it.

Any ideas at this point, anyone?
