Sorry for the confusion. We own a 2006 Highlander V6 4x4 (non-Hybrid) and I have a 1999 V6 supercharged Camry so I'm on the opposite extreme of gas-efficiency. With my summer setup and my driving style I'm getting between 20-22 mpg in my car, the Highlander is my wife's car but I think it averages close to 22-24, she has a light foot. The main reason I joined was to let everyone know about the aftermarket armrest that is available now to HL owners to replace the OEM afterthought one. I frequent toyotanation.com myself which has sections for HL, TCH, etc, etc. Jon. p.s. I'm glad Im not the only one to know the magic of the Avids.

It's interesting that there's close to a 50/50 ratio of Michelins to Bridgestones.

I was very pleased when I took delivery on my TCH last week saw MXV4s on the wheels. I had these tires on my Maxima and got 60k in mileage before replacing them with Dunlops. Big mistake. Noise level up - gas mileage down. If your TCH came with Michelins, smile.

Same here. I'm satisfied with the handling, mpg, and quite ride. They do seem to be wearing at about 1/32 per 5,000 miles. I don't know if the wear rate will decrease or not as time goes by.

It looks like they will need replacing by 40K miles it holds. They were 10/32 when new and are now 9/32 after 5,200 miles.
