I think the dealer lied to me

While test driving the TCH w/nav, I asked if the non-nav had the same screen with hybrid displays. He said it was the same. It just doesn't "flip" like the nav version.
Is this true?

Gotta hate trusting dealers sometimes.
The "power flow" screen is pretty much duplicated on the display in the speedometer so that isn't a big loss(though doesn't show engine charging battery), but there is nothing quite like the 1 minute comsumption bars on the Nav system.
Sorry guy!
Dang

I have been getting quotes from other dealers in the area for a TCH w/Nav.
Wow, I should have done more shopping earlier. One dealer quoted me about $1800 less for a fully equipped TCH. I going to see him today. If all works out, I'll get the TCH w/Nav and get my deposit back from the other guy.

After you have the car for a few days, you'll know whether you are charging, discharging, etc. I wouldn't fret it. It's eye candy. Remember, it's a vehicle, not a video game.
At the end of the day, what difference is it if you see specific details about the voltage going back and forth, or not?
It's a car.
Enjoy it...and keep your eyes on the road.
Life's short, don't fret the minor issues.

Nope, it is a video game -- the instrument cluster changes color depending on your character's health and it even says "Excellent" if you win.
