Hybrids need incentives to sell; incl Camry
With gas prices low, for now anyway, Toyota is now using incentives to move their hybrid models. Now would be a good time to buy.

The Highlander, Prius, & the Camry all now have incentives of 1 type or another.

This is a college grad rebate, and nothing new....Have to have graduated in the last 6 months or in the next 6 months if i remember correctly. I believe that most manufacturers offer this, or something similar, on all their models.

Correct for the Camry, but not on the Highlander and Prius. Those are low interest rate incentives for everyone.
