According to the following press releases from Toyota, TCH is not part of the recall.

My pedal assembly. I think it says CTS on the side of the metal plate.

From the above quoted press release, apparently, not all CTS pedals are defective. The ones used for the TCH should be okay...if I understand it.
However, should you get nabbed for speeding, just tell the cop that you have a CTS pedal and he'll probably let you go (that was a joke).

On mine Figure 2 is the closest and the housing unit on the right side of figure 2 actually says Denso on the side of it. Not on the pedal.
