My 09 computer says we get just under 35mpg but my manual averages say between 33 and 34.

So far only commutes that are 25% surface streets and 75% SoCal freeways during rush hour, but our first trip will be in July and we'll see what happens on a 450 mile freeway trip up to San Francisco.

 

In my 43 tanks so far, per my spreadsheet, the reported MPG is 1.2 MPG higher than the calculated MPG, on average. The range is -0.3 to 2.5 MPG.

 

I just finished the third tank on my '10 Insight.

The MID displays 51.3 MPG over 502 miles, it took me 10.3 gallons to refill the tank, so the "real" average MPG's are:

Or about 2.5 MPG high.

My '03 HCH was about the same, no big deal....
