It appears Toyota changed the fog light vent to a vertical opening from the 2009.
Your choices to buy something that fits may be limited.
Check what the Toyota dealer charges and look around on the internet.
Word of advice; if lens is plastic, do not buy! You're just wasting your time & money
to replace light housing 2-3 months later.

These aren't cheap, but look to be way better than what else I've seen on ebay. I prefer projectors over normal halogen any day.
