FWIW my dealer said they will be an option when they start assembling them stateside. Somehow that makes little sense.
Do the Canadian TCH models have FL's as an option?

For the factory kit, you would also need to order the steering column stalk that has the fog light switch. This aftermarket kit just showed up a few days ago on EBay, I'm waiting to see more details.

I'm surprised, Canada tends to have more basic features (Heated seats & Mirrors tend to be standard on alot of cars models in B.C.).

The full kit is shown when you click the product photo of the embedded website. Looks like it includes:

OEM-spec clear fog lights
2007 Camry fog light covers
H11 bulbs
Universal wiring harness and relay
OEM style switch

I think Toyota felt the fog lamps tend to be used as energy wasting decorative items a lot more than actual lighting for dense fog and so was not included on any TCHs US or Canadian. I'm sure there are those that live in very foggy areas that might find them useful but I've had fog lamps on various cars for the past 7 or 8 years and rarely if ever found them useful (although I often see people driving with their FLs on on clear nights).

They obviously didn't mind going a bit upscale on the tail lights. Maybe someone will come up with decorative LED fog lamps in the future...
