I think people know what it is and I am thinking some cars have it or we just don't know how to enable it. There is an option for people who dont know what it is.

No auto-up on my TCH

 

there's no auto up avail on the Canadian models of the hycam.

that's probably the number one thing I wish it had!

I'm sure they'll offer that and fog lights on next year's model.

It's called planned consumer dissatisfaction. they have to have something to entice us to ditch our current hycams and trade in for another 4.7 years from now, right?

 

I asked my dealer, who knew these cars inside and out, and he told me there was no auto up on the TCH.

So I'm truly puzzled. Mine certainly doesn't have it.

 

I had an 07 XLE and it had the auto up, and my TCH definitely doesn't. Seems like a cheap option...

 

It is really helpfull after checking my mail pulling into the driveway.

 

I don't know, but an auto up option seems somewhat dangerous, escpecially if there are small children in the home.

 

I agree. At least in order to raise the windows in Toyotas you have to pull up on the switch. Other cars have rocker switches, push on one end to lower the other to raise it. Makes it much easier for a child to lean on it and trap themselves in the window.
