Default Dash lights

Yesterday while driving, the check Hybrid system message appeared as well as what looked like the check engine light. Later, the check VSC system message along with the traction control light and the general alert (red !). There was also some engine reving going on.

Come to find out today that there is a hole in the radiator at the top behind the hood latch.

Now, I did unfortunately run over a piece of tire debris in the road this past Friday. There were no immediate noticeable problems afterwards. Is it possible that at highway speed, a piece of tire debris would cause a hole in the radiator?

For reference, the vehicle is a 2007 with over 100k miles. I apparently have to spend $871 just to fix the radiator in order to determine if any additional problems exist.

Default Re: Dash lights

Possible but unlikely. The A/C condenser and the inverter cooling heat exchangers are both in front of the ICE radiator.
