Default Customizable Sliding Roof Parameters

Does anyone know what the settings described in the attached document (under Sliding Roof System) actually do? And if they actually work for the TCH? I've been playing with them as described - but clearly I'm not understanding, or they don't work. Does anyone have any actual experience with these?

do you have to get the dealership to turn that option on? It seems like a handy feature in the hotter months, I guess, if you wanna let some hot air out of your car. I'd try it today when I leave work except I bet my sunroof is iced shut!

That would be really nice here in Texas where the steering wheel can get so hot you can't touch it. I tried mine and couldn't get it to work from the key fob. It might work with the physical key but I'm not going to pull mine out every time I go to the car. That's too low tech.

I couldn't get anything on that chart to work - mechanical key or otherwise.

Besides, I'm a little confused by the instructions. Is 'holding driver's side and passenger's side door key for 1.5 seconds or more to unlock position when power switch is off' supposed to actually open the window and moonroof, or is it supposed to enable the functionality that links the sliding roof operation to the window operation?

Does anyone else think this was translated from the Japanese using a dictionary by someone that doesn't speak English? <sigh>

And who has arms that long anyway?

I will point out one typo (which doesn't matter much if none of it works anyway, hehe), where the "CLOSE/WIRELESS" item says it's the "Function to manually open...." But yeah I could these being potentially handy.
