I had the dealer install the tint figuring it would be legal but it looks a little dark to me. Still no cherries in the rear view yet

Looks nice. As an owner of a Super White TCH myself, and being in the heat of Texas, I have been contemplating having my windows tinted. With summer just around the corner, I better not put it off too much longer...

 

I'll have to check with the dealer.

Looks good, can you tell me how dark your tint is? I'm considering doing the same with Huper optic tint, but the darkest they have is 30%

 

My wife actually asked me about tinting the windows yesterday!

So from what I gather, the dealership also does tinting? I guess I have to call them up and ask how much they charge for it.

 

Is your front windshield tinted?

 

Most states have a law on % of blockage allowed and it may be different from state to state as well as for different windows on the car. Most tinting places know the limits. When I got my VW tinted place gave me a card with the Nevada requirements and certifying that it met these requirements. My TCH came with tinting.
