Cost of commercial oil change
I am not a DIY-er when it comes to oil.
I called Firestone and they are $50 for 0w-20, less $7 if I have a coupon.
Just wondering if any of the other chains have a better price. Anyone know?
Thanks!

At $50 that would leave about $11.50 for labor. The $43 with the coupon would be you best price. Taking the time to call around for a good price, usually pays off.
My delaer runs a perpetual LOF deal for $26. Granted it's 5W20 Synthetic Blend but does include a new filter, tops off the fluid levels (including squirter juice), tire pressure and a car wash. Takes 30 minutes max.

How about getting the tires rotated front to back at the same time? The 5K interval is recommended for both so might as well get them done at the same time.
I had a local repair shot offer to do it with dyno oil for $50 - sounds pretty good to me.

The ideal time to get tires rotated is when you're having front & back brakes inspected, something a lot of manufacturers recommend around once per year. Then there should be no extra charge for the rotation, if it's a reputable shop: the tires are off anyway, it's simply a matter of putting them back on at another location.
