I have a 2009 Camry Hybrid made in Kentucky (US Made). The right headlight assembly has been twice replaced due to accidents. The left one is full of moisture and is fogged (no luck in trying to clear it). I want to replace the left one but I'm confused about the million different after-market versions. Looking for suggestions (remember, the car is nearly 12 years old - 2009 model bought in April 2008) on which one to get but I found two on walmart.com and amazon.com that carry CAPA certification but differ in price. What's the difference other than price? There are others like the ACN7 also.

You need to use a dealership part site to identify the OEM part numbers. Using http://parts.camelbacktoyota.com, you're likely looking for P/Ns:

81130-06520 for the Right
81170-06520 for the Left

They are explicitly listed as the USA built ones.

Confirm for yourself. Also, an inquiry to a seller may save you unnecessary pain. They should know their product.
