As for the "cheapest" part, the thing to do is to spend some time and do your shopping for each thing. I prefer to buy Toyota parts from Toyota dealers, just because there is a better chance of getting an actual Toyota part. The trdparts4u site is actually Toyota of Dallas. Some of the Toyota parts sellers on ebay are actually Toyota dealers, too. You just have to read the descriptions to find out.
